1. What date and time will MDEX 2024 be held?
The event will take place on October 24 and 25, 2024, from 08:00 to 19:00.
4. Who can take part in the event and how do I register?
Doctors. As this is a medical event, your CRM must be active. Registration via our website only. https://www.medicaldiscovery.com.br/inscreva-se
7. At what time can I pick up my badge?
From 8 a.m. at the event's registration desk.
10. Does the event offer a certificate of attendance?
Yes, the certificate of attendance will be available 10 days after the event on our website.

5. Do I need to show any documents on the day of the event?
On the day of the event it will be necessary to present a photo ID and CRM.
8. Can I bring my videomaker?
Yes, videomakers can take part by purchasing a special ticket for R$850.00. To purchase, please contact info@medicaldiscovery.com.br or call (11) 93031-1402. Please note that this ticket does not allow access to the plenary session.
3. Is parking available at the venue?
The event will take place inside Ibirapuera Park. The venue has paid parking and is subject to availability. Payment methods: cash, debit and credit cards, Sem Parar, Veloe, ConectCar, it is also possible to pay for the ticket via the Park Indigo BR app, with a credit card.
6. Will headgear be available during the event?
Yes, we will have hats available at the venue.
9. Will food be provided during the event?
Yes, all the food at the event will be provided by MDEX, including vegan and vegetarian options.
